Grand Impressions Workshop
The Arizona Office of Tourism has suspended the Grand Impressions Workshop for Fiscal Year 2011. Grand Impressions customer service workshops are offered to visitor center personnel, front-line hospitality employees and volunteers to facilitate outstanding visitor experiences throughout the state.
Workshops are conducted in at least one community in each of AOT's designated tourism marketing regions. These eight-hour workshops are presented free to anyone who wants to attend and are designed to empower tourism professionals with comprehensive Arizona knowledge and superior customer service skills. As a result, tourism professionals will be able to approach visitors with an effective and proper attitude, instruct them in a professional way about the state and encourage them to stay longer in Arizona. Additionally, AOT provides workshop attendees comprehensive reference materials about the state's attractions and facilities.
