Visitor Services

Visitor Services programs are designed to increase the awareness of Arizona’s diverse attractions, amenities and communities by providing education, training and technical assistance. Programs are offered to communities, destination marketing organizations and Local Visitor Information Centers to enhance customer service skills statewide and to present a unified friendly, professional and welcoming message to visitors and increase overall knowledge of the state.
